When and where is the event?
The event will be at The Four Seasons Austin at 98 San Jacinto Blvd, Austin, TX 78701 on Saturday, February 8th, 2020.
What do I wear?
This is a black tie event. We ask all of our guests to come dressed in your best gowns/cocktail dresses or tuxedos/formal suits.
How long does the event last?
Registration, Silent Auction and handcrafted cocktails begin at 6:00pm. Ballroom doors open at 7:00pm and begin the start of the program, this is followed by a delicious gourmet 3-course seated dinner. End the night with dancing, and an ever so popular Austin treat!
Where should I park?
The Four Seasons Austin offers Valet Parking for $18 per car and a self-park option from $16 per car. There is a chance that the valet line can take up to 15 min, during heavy arrival time. We recommending arriving early to check-in, browse silent auction and enjoy a cocktail.
